Every person on this planet will experience trauma in their lives whether it's navigating the loss of loved one, heart break, or a sudden unexpected shift in their environment. We will all eventually, come hell or high water, come face to face with an experience that completely shifts our perspective to a new normal. And this, my friends, requires a processing of emotions a.k.a a therapist.
